The Crabaugh MakerSpace is a dedicated environment to collaborate, innovate, create,
and develop hands-on skills across disciplines. Designed as a welcoming space, the
MakerSpace embraces creative thinkers by offering an environment that supports exploration,
problem-solving, and meaningful engagement.
The MakerSpace is designed to feel comfortable, inspiring, and accessible. Guided
by the philosophy that 鈥渨e have to Maslow before we Bloom,鈥� the space provides a supportive
atmosphere where students can feel a sense of belonging while building confidence
and creativity.
Equipped with 3D printers, sewing machines, Cricut machines, a t-shirt and mug press,
computers, printer, and various toolboxes, the Crabaugh MakerSpace provides students
with opportunities to transform ideas into tangible creations. Monthly workshops are
offered to help students learn how to safely and effectively use the equipment while
expanding their technical skills.
In addition to creative tools and technology, the MakerSpace includes a drink and
snack station to create a comfortable, inviting space where students can connect,
collaborate, and recharge. By removing barriers and providing access to innovative
resources, the Crabaugh MakerSpace encourages students from multiple disciplines to
explore new ideas, develop practical skills, and bring their creativity to life.

a video, or capturing professional photographs, the ATU Media Productions Labs provide
the spaces, equipment, software, and expert guidance to help bring your ideas to life.
Students have access to dedicated Audio and Video Production Labs, an open Media Lab with powerful workstations, professional editing software, and a wide selection of
equipment available for checkout. Borrow 4K DSLR and mirrorless cameras, 4K camcorders,
microphones, lighting kits, tripods, audio recorders, green screens, and more. Create
with industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Cloud, Logic Pro, Ableton
Live, MuseScore, OBS Studio and other professional creative applications.
