Live Off Campus

Students who meet any of the following criteria are not required to sign a housing contract or live on campus:

Students who are married
Students who have a child
Students 21 years old and older
Students who live within 30 miles from the Russellville Campus with a parent or legal guardian in their permanent residence
Students who have earned 60 or more college credit hours excluding high school concurrent credit
Students who have lived on the ATU campus for 4 semester or more (excluding summer semesters)
