Campus Recreation employs approximately 35–40 student workers each academic year. Student employees gain valuable experience and transferable skills that support future employment beyond the university setting.

Position Summary
The Outdoor Assistant supports student engagement in outdoor adventures, fitness activities,
and recreational sports. This position focuses on equipment management, event support,
and promotion of outdoor wellness programs.

The Recreation Center Attendant monitors facility safety, equipment cleanliness, and
provides customer service to students and staff across recreation facilities.

Gym Manager
Position Summary
The Gym Manager oversees daily operations within the recreation center, ensuring safety
standards, supervising student activity, managing equipment, and providing basic first
aid when needed.

Fitness Instructors
Position Summary
Fitness Instructors are responsible for leading 3–4 group fitness classes per week,
including at least one weekend class per month.
