Membership: One tenured faculty member elected from each college to serve staggered, three-year terms, and one untenured faculty member (tenure track or instructor track) elected at large to serve a one-year term. The committee will also include three non-voting ex-officio members: one appointed by the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, one appointed by the Chair of the Faculty Senate, and one member from Sponsored Programs to serve as Secretary. *Updated to reflect academic college restructure effective July 1, 2022.
Function: To review and recommend applications for Professional Development Grants and Faculty Research Grants to the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost for funding.
